Patna: Kargil Vijay Diwas was celebrated today at Kargil Chowk Gandhi Maidan Patna, jointly by civil administration and NCC. NCC was represented by Brigadier R Sanyal officiating ADG B and J. Civil administration was represented by Dr Chandrashekar Singh DM Patna, who laid the wreath on behalf of Chief Minister of Bihar. The event was attended by limited persons because of Covid restrictions.
