Patna: 20 September 2025 :: A national workshop on the theme “From Campus Life to Corporate Success: Get Future Ready” was Organised by international Business College, Patna in collaboration with Bradford International Business School & Bihar Commerce Association to prepare students for corporate success. The event aimed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in today’s globalized job market.
The program featured eminent personalities, with Professor Rana Singh, Director of CIMP Patna, gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest, and Professor Pushpender Kumar from Delhi University as the Guest of Honor. The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Rimjhim Jha from IILM University, Gurgaon, who highlighted the importance of adaptability and continuous learning for corporate success.
Professor Manoj Kumar Mishra, Principal of International Business College, presided over the event and emphasized the role of job skills in the age of globalization. Sessions during the workshop focused on skill development, leadership, motivation, teamwork, and international job opportunities.
Adding to the global perspective, Dr. Muhammad Essa, Director of Werabe University, Ethiopia, elaborated on career opportunities available in foreign countries. The workshop witnessed active participation from representatives across most Indian states as well as several African countries, making it a significant international platform for dialogue and learning.
Prof Rana Singh, chief Guest of this workshop, addressing the workshop discussed the current scenario of job market and students skillsets required for success in corporate life while guest of Honour Prof Pushpender kumar identified the key issues like skill and mindset for success in corporate world. Dr Dhruv Kumar Singh, Secretary, Bihar Commerce Association highlighted the opportunities and challenges situation of job in Bihar
The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Professor Ankit Kumar Raj, appreciating the contributions of the distinguished speakers and participants. On this occasion, Engineer Dharmendra Kumar, Chairman of Bradford Group of Institutions, Patna, congratulated the organizers on successfully hosting the workshop.
Students hailed the event as a milestone in their career journey, as it provided them with valuable exposure and skills demanded by the corporate world.
